There are a great many things that I want.

Getting them will give me pleasure, satisfaction, perhaps even happiness.

But this life is not about becoming more satisfied, it is about becoming more enlightened.

Therefore evolving is not about getting what I want, it is about letting go of what I want.

I. Show up

          Be completely present.

II. Pay Attention.

          Nothing is settled. Everything Matters.

III. Tell the truth

          Without judgment or blame.

IV. Don't be attached to outcomes.

          The universe is unfolding exactly as it should.
